BOOKING, DEPOSITS and CANCELLATION POLICIES

BOOKING and DEPOSITS

The advance deposit required to guarantee the reservations is $ 50 up to 3 nights and $ 100 for bookings more than 3 nights and is due with the date of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Personal cheques are accepted up to two weeks prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

A charge of one nights accommodation rate will be levied against the deposit if the cancellation notification is not received more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. A cancellation charge of $10 will be deducted from refunded deposits. Stays shorter than the originally booked dates are subject to a 50 % early departure penalty, based on the room charge for the cancelled nights.

Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Full payment is due on arrival.
