The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority during this challenging time. In addition to the guidance provided Federal and Provincial governments, we have introduced additional social distancing and hygiene measures so that you can feel safe and confident while staying with us.
In the effort to offer a contactless service for our guests, the front desk will be closed until further notice. To check in, we will offer an outdoor service where you can obtain your keys and general information with minimal contact.
During your Stay
Staff will be available at the resort and can be reached by a phone as our office reception will be staffed from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. In case of emergency, the office phone line will remain functional and if a message is left you should receive a response within the hour. Any non urgent messages will be responded to next day. Any information during your stay can be obtained by email, over the phone or directly on the website.
After entry we ask that all guests adhered to physical distancing of 6 feet from all staff and other visitors. Guests will not need to wear a mask during their stay. However, guests are responsible to bring their own mask if they are visiting places where physical distancing is not possible.
We encourage guests to complete payment online through our booking page directly at kouch.com. However, credit cards will be accepted over the phone. Credit cards are required for all reservations.
Throughout the Resort
While the resort grounds are open for our guests and their activities. Certain common areas may be unavailable during one’s stay. We reserve the right to adjust this as the situation warrants or changes. Please feel free to contact us as the situation is rapidly changing.
Additional regular sanitation of surfaces and door handles are currently in effect.
In regard to cleaning, we take the situation very seriously to protect our staff and our guests at all times. Our staff will wear masks and gloves to enter a unit to clean. Special attention will be taken to sanitize the unit after each guest’s stay.
For those guests staying multiple nights and require cleaning or change of linens, please call the front desk. You will be asked to schedule a time when housekeeping can come in. Linens will have to be placed in the entry of the unit, so the staff will not enter in the room or the chalet. Unfortunately, no extended room service will be available in the unit although some specific measures could be taken. We reserve the right to adjust this as the situation warrants or changes.
