The minute we arrived at the resort they were already heading to the playground.
We were excited to spend some quality time with our children in an area we had never visited before.
Having easy access to the National park biking trail was just what we were hoping for. The location was perfect for it.
We were visiting for just a short time, everything was so close so we got to do a lot!
We spent a lot of time biking and visiting the different trails and site seeing.
One of the friendly employees recommended the Bog trail so that’s the kids could go up the observation tower. They loved it and what a beaucoup scenery.  Even without kids, we would of loved it for sure!
There were plenty of opportunities for us to stop and enjoy a snack at a picnic table.
The cabins were cozy and had everything you would need a getaway with your family. The Murphy bed was very comfortable for the kids and we were more than happy to be settled upstairs in the loft bedroom. A stocked bathroom and kitchen also made our stay easier.
We chose to do the PhocaTours and we were so happy we did. The tour guide was great and we got to see hundreds of seals soaking up the sun on a sand dune. The kids loved it. They even had some treats for us on the boat.
We also hit the beach! Kelly’s beach is just a 5-10minutes drive from the resort. Once we were parked, we walked on that beautiful 1km wooden path to get to the beach. The kids enjoyed their time in the sand and we went for a great walk on the beach as well!
Supper time! Kelly’s canteen was perfectly located for us to enjoy a nice supper on their terrasse. A yummy fish and chips and ice cream will always do the trick!
We enjoyed our last evening at the resort with a campfire. The kids could not get enough of the playground so they really used it a lot during our stay.
